This website is a pure information page about Chronos North GmbH and its games. We do not use any analytics or tracking services, advertising networks or social media plugins. No personal data is collected via forms.

3. Hosting and server log files

When you visit this website, the hosting provider automatically processes information in so-called server log files that your browser transmits (e.g. IP address, date and time of access, page accessed, browser type and operating system). This data is used to ensure trouble-free operation and to improve and secure our services. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure provision of the website).

4. Language cookie

If you switch the language of the website, we store your selection in a technically necessary cookie ("lang", storage period 12 months). This cookie does not contain any personal data and is used exclusively to restore your language selection on your next visit. The legal basis is Section 25 (2) No. 2 TDDDG in conjunction with Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

4a. Internal area (wiki)

Under this domain we additionally operate an access-protected internal wiki for team purposes. Access is protected by a password prompt; after logging in, only technically necessary session cookies are set there. This area is not accessible to the public.

5. Fonts and media

All fonts, images and other media are loaded locally from our server. No connection is made to third-party CDNs (e.g. Google Fonts).

6. Contact by e-mail

If you contact us by e-mail, the data you transmit (e-mail address, content of the message) will be processed exclusively to handle your enquiry.
